Missouri Botanical Garden Engagement Session: Dahlia & Ben’s Love Story

On a perfect summer evening, Dahlia and Ben returned to one of their favorite date spots for their Missouri Botanical Garden engagement session. The historic grounds hold special meaning for them as they have spent countless afternoons wandering through the gardens together, and it was such a joy to get to join them and hear about some of their favorite memories there.

"We wanted our engagement photos to feel as natural as our time here usually does," Dahlia shared about choosing this meaningful location. The thought and intention she put into planning their session was evident in every detail, from her lavender dress that complemented the garden's romantic atmosphere to the carefully chosen locations throughout the grounds.

Their session began in the iconic Linnean House, where the brick walls and soaring glass ceiling created a stunning backdrop for intimate moments. From there, we explored the historic Tower Grove House, where the intricate architecture and manicured hedges provided a perfect setting for both classic and candid portraits.
