Fox Hollow Weddings and Events: Raleigh and Adam's November Missouri Wedding

When Raleigh and Adam reached out about their Fox Hollow wedding, I knew right away that their day would be something special. This quiet, genuine couple wanted a celebration that felt true to who they are—intimate, relaxed, and centered around the people who matter most. Their early November wedding at Fox Hollow Weddings and Events in Missouri was exactly that: a beautiful, unhurried day filled with family and close friends.

Their love story started on Hinge with some back-and-forth messaging that led to what might be one of the best first date ideas I've ever heard: an escape room. They started with lunch at Sycamore, then headed to a Mark Twain-themed escape room where, spoiler alert, they didn't escape. But that "failure" turned into the best kind of success as two near-strangers spent hours afterward wandering around downtown, ducking into shops and talking even as the rain started to fall. The day ended at Raleigh's place with a game of Pandemic because after one lost challenge, they needed a win—and clearly, they found something much bigger that day.

What makes their relationship so beautiful is how perfectly matched they are. Adam loves Raleigh's personality and how she's a child at heart, living life following Jesus, while Raleigh absolutely adores his goofy personality and how he makes her giggle just by being himself. She says he's “an absolute match to my silly energy, but what I truly can't live without is his caring and compassion—the way he's supported me through night shifts at the hospital, migraines, and a brutal months-long recovery from my fourth concussion, always putting me first and showing me the kindness and love of Jesus.” Together, they love going on hikes (Adam actually proposed on one of them), playing games, spending time with their families, watching movies, going out to eat, and occasionally dancing at 54 Country.

Their Fox Hollow wedding day at Fox Hollow Weddings and Events embodied everything they wanted: relaxed, genuine, and full of the people they love most. Raleigh and Adam didn't want a day that felt rushed or overly orchestrated. They wanted to be present with each other, with their families, and with their closest friends, enjoying some time together while getting beautiful, timeless pictures in the process.

Raleigh and Adam's Fox Hollow wedding was a beautiful reminder of something I always encourage couples to think about during wedding planning: your wedding day should feel like you, not like what you think a wedding is "supposed" to look like. If you're planning your own Fox Hollow wedding at Fox Hollow Weddings and Events in Missouri, it's the perfect space for couples who want something more intimate and meaningful. Located in Missouri with rolling landscapes and seasonal beauty, Fox Hollow is especially stunning for October and November weddings when you get those gorgeous fall colors and crisp, romantic weather. If you're looking for a photographer who will document your day authentically without all the stiff, overly posed moments, I'd love to chat.

Raleigh and Adam, thank you for letting me be part of your Fox Hollow wedding. Your day was a beautiful reminder that the best celebrations are the ones where you get to just be yourselves—together, surrounded by the people who love you most, in a place that feels just right.
