Nelson-Atkins Museum Engagement Session | Jesi & Luke
Jesi and Luke met me at the Nelson-Atkins Museum for their engagement session on a drizzly day near the end of November, the last remnants of fall colors still showing off for us. As with every engagement session, I asked them what type of feel and look they wanted in their final engagement gallery. They knew they wanted natural engagement photos that felt like them, and Jesiβs creative vision for the photos included a backdrop combined of beautiful architecture and a scenic, nature area with wide open spaces and trees.
What better place for an engagement session than the Nelson-Atkins Museum? With Loose Park conveniently located a few minutes away, we knew this was the perfect spot to document this special season of their story!
Both Jesi and Luke share an easygoing personality, are an absolute JOY to spend time with, and have a love for adventure and quality time together. They're the kind of couple who's just as happy exploring a new trail as they are spending a quiet evening at home, and that balance came through beautifully in their photos.
They are getting married in June 2026, and their wedding date canβt come soon enough!
